Hey guys, very new to FMG and trying to get a deeper understanding of Iron ore. Am I correct in assuming that the recent pullback of FMG is due to the potential of iron ore prices declining in the future (greater supply of iron ore pushing the price down). Therefore, eating into FMG's revenue/earnings.
I understand that many believe this will not be the case as steel demand will continue to remain high (particularly in China) and that FMG will continue to have strong margins as they are a low cost producer of iron ore.
Can i get some insight into this "bigger picture". Thanks a lot
