I service I subscribe to had some positive news on the future of Iron Ore price. They also personally hold FMG, BHP and RIO in their funds so practice what they speak.
Our scenario of another leg up in the commodities cycle remains very much in play. And particularly as governments roll out massive spending plans in an effort to reboot post Covid. Joe Biden is reportedly unveiling a $3 trillion splurge, which will begin with a giant infrastructure upgrade initiative which will focus on building roads, bridges, rail lines, ports, electric vehicle charging stations and improving the electric grid and other parts of the power sector. This is something we have flagged would happen in China, the US, and indeed globally.
