One must also bear in mind that folks at Moyley Fool, GS, etc etc who blindly predict the IOP are nothing short of being termed as glorified fortune tellers. instead of being called a a fortune teller at a local fair they give themselves fancy titles and think they have a license to bandy around prices and hope one day they may get something right.
