Seaborne stable, shows the price of IO before the recent CCP spat the dummy. I like the juxtaposition between the seaborne and the futures. $200 here we come!
With prices hovering at above $150 for at least the next half and likely higher a $2.5 div for 1st half in FY22 looks very achievable, all things being equal.
$2.5 div is a $3.57 gross up yield!!!
Add that to the predicted grossed up yield for this half which I predict to be around $2.91 based on a $2.04 divvy.
