Hildweller,. The USA does not want a hot war. I have read several internet articles by top US military brass ( Admiral Davidson comes to mind) saying the USA could not win a war against China.
Scott Morrison reminds me of a guard dog that a friend of mine used to own. The dog eventually eventually decided it knew more than it's master and had to be put down.
