Vale came out recently and mentioned that they would not flood the market intimating that they see the benefits of a reduced supply.
I wonder if Vale is actually keeping supply to market a bit lower than capacity to help the price along?
Certainly RIO and Vale produced less than analysts forecasts last Qrt.
That said weather effected all Aust producers and CV is hurting Vale so it's an argument hard to prove.
