Mate u only assume steel lol goes up. Do you really thing steel rebar will rise without cement doing so. Then the ceramics. Etc. The entire construction sector supply has inflated some items 200 percent due to the lack of supply. The other issue is steel mills do not always adhere to their commitments and would rather pay the 10 penalty and re sell items.
Ultimately I know that everything has a sweet spot. For every situation balance is required.
However as I said fmg sp is supported even if the price is in the 9p to 100 ysd rand fe 57/8%.
