IO predictions are ridiculous. It will mirror the fundamentals of how much steel is being sold and how much supply of IO is possible. Presently the two main seaborne competitors are in a terrible state with Covid and the likelihood of increased production during this terrible virus is FA.
The last super cycle IO was greater than 100US for 53 months. That cycle was not being driven with worldwide stimulus packages .
Additionally the fact that FMG debt is now so low it doesn't matter and they are now chasing a very credible goal of Environmental benefit for the whole world is of great importance to me and probably more so for the younger generations .
This will be a great ride for a long time to come is my view.
