You are not a holder of any shares so what's your concern? Whether China buys today or next year in not a major issues as they control their market. There will always be a market for IO and it is China who will be left behind. China will always need IO and they can't survive on their local supply as it is inferior. They can't get the quantity from other sources - if they could they would have already. Currently the entire world needs infrastructure projects and IO in an important ingredient in those plans.
