RIP Edward de Bono 19.05.1933-09.06.2021
Not sure how many on here are familiar with his work. I have watched a number of interviews with him. He talks about lateral thinking concerning innovative problem solving. He states there is a serious lack of design and original thought in business and too little time and serious consideration is given to new ideas concerning problems. He also states that the truly great leaders are single minded and expect to achieve their goals, any problems along the way are mere hiccups to overcome.They are also very receptive to new ideas.
It was interesting to note that FMG conducted a "think tank" about 4 years ago and only recently we were informed of those results. 4 years of planning,.
