Sadly I need to sell a couple thousand shares tomorrow to put towards a house deposit
It's surreal that a few years ago I couldn't afford to buy another house in our neighbourhood even after selling our old one, but now thanks to FMG (and the crew at HC which kept me on the straight-and-narrow), I can keep my current house (don't even need to rent it out), sell up to a third of my FMG shares and use the remainder to pay down the loan through the dividends.
There must be hundreds of people like me who have had their lives dramatically improved thanks to Twiggy, Nev and Elizabeth who have guided this business to where it is today.

But you can be sure that just as I have done over the past 6 years, anytime I sell FMG I eventually buy them back, because where better to invest your money?
