US $222 IS still very close to record prices. Bit of jawboning still going on by the CCP with regards to limiting steel production rates for the year (will it happen?) and recently more tonnes shipped out of Brazil and Aus, but at the same time, pollution related restrictions easing, so higher blast furnace utilisation rates, so there are competing forces at play in the Chinese market. Like I said, looks like prices might stabilise for a bit, which is great for FMG. V shaped recovery coming with higher vaccination rates in Aus and elsewhere, so demand should tick up overall as the infrastructure build and ec. recovery ramp up.
