Good to hear how you're doing rurenga. Heart surgery does take quite a time to heal, particularly knowing your system was in a weaker state beforehand. All less worrying now that surgery is over.
Good that JHunt spoke about keeping up the excersie - very important. Just to add that proper rest in the most comfortable position(s) is also important - as you know I'm sure.
