China has upset Brazil more than Aust.
China can't use India's iron ore due to their mills been designed for the far higher grade iron ore.
India's iron ore costs more to make steel than it does from Brazil or Aust.
Brazil is further away so they'll pay more for freight.
We'll end up making green steel to sell to the rest of the globe and China will wonder where they went wrong.
The rest of the world hates China's guts and once we start making steel they'll come to us.
European countries have already stated they'll deal with green technology from countries that are doing that which China isn't.
Longer term I see China economy coming to a crashing halt.
