I’ve been doing it for years already and come out so far ahead I don’t think I can lose from here. I’ve already taken more than enough money off the table through dividends and I’ve been doing this since $1.80 share price so some of my shares pay more per year in dividends than I bought them for. IMHO borrowing money at less than 4% (which is tax deductible debt) to buy FMG is a no brainer and I shall continue for many years
I pay a set amount into my margin loan each week as if its a mortgage.
