When the trend indicates that the reduction in capital gain reaches the point where it offsets the dividend, then yes.
Opportunity cost is a real thing, and we each have our own individual goals and timeframes for investments.
FMG should really have a share price of at least ~$30 based on its fundamentals; unfortunately the market is just as much about sentiment & macroeconomics as it is logic and reason.
