i/o price clinging to green.
If the U.S is going to spend $1T on infrastructure, how much steel (i/o) will they need, I hate to think and if China doesn't want to produce, can the EU, Japan and the U.S increase production?
IMO, it will come to a point where demand will outstrip supply and China will need to open up there furnaces, cross fingers.
