it will be back to $50 tonne and $2 per share as per usual. holders at much higher prices then start attacking on the management because its there fault iron ore crashed. "sack the management" all because they bought at the top of the cycle. This is always the case.
Instos downgrade it, shorters jump on board, guidance gets smashed, divis get smashed, manipulation in full swing, fear, gives you $2.
Then heavily in debt, sell sell sell. Buyers clean up and buy all the fear and back up we go.
Rinse and repeat. Commodity cycle whether you like it or not. Has been the case for the past 1000 years. BHP does the same. All blue chips do.
If you don't accept this fact you will get burnt. Its very simple.
and remember its not safe to buy FMG at $2 and low iron price. Its much safer paying $15, $20 and $25 haha
