The best indicator we really have to go on is the BHP ADR which suggests an open of $44.56 for BHP on Monday, which would be a gain of 0.5%.
I believe the RIO ADR is linked to the UK listing, not Australia which doesn't really help, with all the currency movements it's very difficult to overlay graphs and try and figure out "par" that way as it once was.
Just so brutal, high to low RIO is down -25% after paying a dividend, the same as FMG which is yet to pay anything!
