Iron ore prices of the last year.
July 1, 2020 it was about $70US/T and that half the average price was $114US/T and that gave us a dividend of $1.47
July 1, 2021 the price started at over $200US/T and is creeping back down and even if by years end its $100US/T our dividend for about March 2022 will be about $1.50 minus 10% that goes into FFI so still a good return early next year.
Vaccine rates will be far higher by then so ore prices may start to climb later this year.
