You may be right but remember whatever games are going to be played only count for the volume and price of FMG shares traded during the 9th,10th,13th,14th and 15th of September which fall into the five day window used to calculate the DRP price.

The instos are not going to deploy their bots in earnest until the 9th. Like I said history is no certainty of future predictions but short interest in FMG has more than doubled in the last month and I am sure they were not purchased in anticipation of a big SP surge in the short term.

All I remember on a lot of the other stocks held in the past a big spike in shorts was usually shortly followed by a systematic attack on the share price soon after.
