Yes, health has been an issue for me, my blood pressure was so high my doctor said I could of die any minute!
After a couple of years of good diet, exercise, meditation, good sleeps... and stopped looking at daily SP, now my blood pressure is 120/80 again
So a good advise to anyone still young, look after your body now!
