The short term IO price is probably not going to have a dramatic effect on the SP anymore. The market has more or less priced in the short term cuts and therefore the weak spot price.
We have had the big emotional dip, we should be looking forward to government infrastructure projects and Chinese fiscal policy. There is a very good solution to high house prices in China, build more houses!
