$90 - $100 is still excellent historically speaking. It's reflective of a market that is mildly under supplied. At $50, I'd say it reflects a strong over supply. So anything between $70 - $90 is the normal range.
Only those wearing rose colored glasses would freak out at an iron ore price below $100. The Treasury's is even more conservative in it's estimates.
No big deal.
