unlikely in the long term. The Chinese economy relies on construction. All that will happen will either mean more cities are built with no purpose or they will tear down the existing cities with no population and replace it with new buildings
the construction industry gives the Chinese economy stability and keeps their population in jobs. It’s almost a must
