Unfortunately I don't have your depth of investing experience . Wasted 30 years of my life I guess
I bought at $4.18 and sold at $20.80 before the last dividend and went short
I love the poorly educated.
It's how I make my living.
If your question was genuine. High dividends are generally a sign that a stock is risky. The smart money has already left but very occasionally investors may be hit in the backside with a rainbow. Great company management,once in a lifetime pandemic taking out the opposion. and our biggest customer with brilliant management skills has managed to grow an economy when everyone else floundered.
Can Fortescue's luck hold ?.Most Hotcopper holders want Fortecue's biggest customer to fail. The pandemic seems to be tapering off. Our political masters have just gone into partnership with the country which has vowed to destroy Fortecue's biggest customer.
Time for a breather.
If I buy back in it will my third Fortescue bonanza.
