I think Twiggy is trying a more individual approach. Just imagine if one day, we were told we only had 1 more week to utilise the remaining fossil fuels before it runs out, 1 week until the average temperatures of the surfaces of oceans become 20 degrees, or 1 more week until we realise there's just no more landfills and the waters are completely polluted affecting wildlife.

It's simple- Humans are reactive. Whatever works, they will stick to it. Whatever is the most profitable, they will use it. Until the matter comes to attention, then only people will start to make change.

I mean its understandable.. why should one country change and suffer huge marginal costs when other's don't. It takes a collective effort of the world, as one, to make a change. I think this is what Twiggy is trying to say.
