Good luck forecasting IO prices. Nobody forecast the last boom. Nobody forecast this current boom. The crash of 2016 was not forecast (analysts were absolutely confident that IO would not fall below USD100 but it fell to USD50).
All we can confidently say is that the structure of the current market has been in place a decade or so. In that period prices have cycled between approximately USD50 and USD200. The average has been approximately USD100. It is probable that range and average will continue due to the nature of the iron ore cost curve. If anybody tries to give more detail than that they are guessing.
