There's been an uptick in shorting lately, but there's no real scale or conviction in it. Ticked up to around 1.25%, or around 40 mil shares. However this is nothing compared to the almost 6%, or 175 mil shares shorted back in July 2019.
Anyway, even the 40mil shorted now looks to be under pressure. A mini short squeeze is very much on the cards. Like I said, not much conviction in the current short environment. They do get vocal though, but are so transparent.
