Looking at those prices, hard to believe that FMG was able to pay a dividend of:
- $0.36 in 2018 FY (IO at $49with $4bn in debt at 30 June 2018?)
- $1.02 in 2019 FY
So if i read this right, even if IO averages at say $70, FMG holders can expect atleast $1.00 div or 7% fully franked.
You will repay your investment in 13 years (not accounting for tax - assuming franking credits cover your tax).
Looking at those prices, hard to believe that FMG was able to...
