Both posts noted Frog Spinach. It's not all about property though: Even accounting for the fright the markets got over Evergrande. It's IO / steel used in many products, particularly the largescale heavy duty equipment/infrastructure = mine heavy equipment and vehicles, rail and port construction/upgrade/expansion, cargo/freight containers, ship-builds, drilling rigs including off-shore, bridges, durable machinery parts, pressure builds, eg submarines, also weaponry, ... the list is almost endless.
