My understanding is that this is the Asx Centrepoint Dark pool. it lets them buy and sell with each other so that they don't actually impact the current bid or ask. so they can buy buy buy but not make the price go up while they hold the price down and scare retail into selling into the bid they keep adding at or below $14. just my opinion. hard to know exactly but it's definitely manipulated by heaps of off the light market trading!
