That's because it hides its posting history so you cant see same scummy stuff they are doing elsewhere and their past.
To get around it go to My account and go scroll down to ignored members
Scroll down until you see the window that lets you manually type in who you want to ignore.
Unfortunately in hiding their post history means people have to jump through a extra step to put them where they rightfully belong.

I am still waiting to here how someone goes about convincing the powers that be to make them themselves invisible to those that call them out but they can see other posters and try to chime in thinking no can figure out what being said behind their back.
