This is a good example as to how annoying Dalian is. IO was up about 1.75% overnight. But Dalian calculates the change from the prior days VWAP. As IO spiked toward the afternoon and spent a lot of time at lower prices yesterday morning, yesterday's VWAP was low which makes today's up move look like much more than it is.
