I’m expecting more stimulus to flow by way of direct rate reductions in the new year as the central gov follow the advice of its top economic advisers. If Met coal continues its fall we are likely to see the demand fo 58% jump and the fmg discount to reduce in the new year especially as post winter olympics steel production restrictions are eased.. If the RBA holds fire and the Fed increases as expected, I can see next year being a very good one for FMG..
