Basically the IO entered a new World from around 2003 and anything before that probably has no relevance, given the World population is growing at 75m a year , the middle class becoming a larger part of it and more wanting to join it, higher quality ore getting harder to find and old infustructure rusting away and needing replacement, the average price since 2003 is unlikely to get less IMO but certainly comes with plenty of volatility...
