This is just a nonsense... 'qualitative' and 'perceptual' factors are subjective, whereas real research should contain objective factors only. What a 'qualified analyst' is eludes me.. they're mostly internal hacks who churn out worthless reams of information on command and any analysis of their recommendations over any time period you choose will show that they have an almost 100% rate of error in publicly available, free information... internal, paid for advice, on the other hand, is usually accurate to their paying clients and likely opposite to the views expressed in the publicly available rubbish...
