The world according to the SMM
Of great interest is that Blast furnace use is on the increase, last week use was around 79% however this
is increased 2.43% according to SMM and this use is expected to increase rapidly as more and more regions have meet their environmental requirements and also completed their maintenance programs. This excludes the all important Tangshan region, However for the second day in a row SMM has alluded to increaseing demand for IO in Jan suggesting the shackles are coming off.
