Yeah Stoffel78 to add to this COVID has drained the nation of the surplus of low skilled pool of employees, back packers, foreign students, foreign workers etc. The balance has shifted a bit towards employees. I hope that we can get some decent pay rises across the country. We used to be the lucky country and believe in a fair go. Maybe they are concepts from a past era now.
Without pay rises, whole generations will be locked out of basics like housing.
