How are you two going with FMG? Just a quick update on my end.
Although up $25k or 50% on the two parcels above. Personally I believe this has ways to go upwards thanks to the golden crosses forming on the TA but will reassess that call based on the iron ore price in the near to medium term.
So near term I'm not triggering a free carry for risk management just yet. If I didn't have an original holding prior to buying the parcels above then I will be going long on those two parcels from here. But unfortunately for me this is getting too big as a % of the portfolio. So a free carry needs to be done.
