All the analysts in the world are not worth feeding! In my opinion you can only way you can comment on investing is to learn by doing, eg. investing in the market yourself and learning from the mistakes that you make. You can not learn this from looking from the sidelines or reading it from a book. It takes time, but it's not brains, intelligence or luck but just common sense, you can find yourselves like me, I retired at 45 from share investing and for the last 15 years have been enjoying what I want to do, not doing what other people tell me to do. If any of these analysts where any good they would be like me, spending the winter months of Melbourne at my house in France, (not for the last two years with covid but booked for this year) and doing what they want, not working for business that can kick them to the curb whenever they feel like it.
By all means read and think about other views, I am wrong a lot of the time and if you can enlighten me all power to you, but be aware of people trying to lead astray, either deliberately or through there own ignorance. Remember the story of the old wealthy investor from out in the boondocks who went to New York in the early 20th Century and was taken to the marina in New York and shown all the yachts owned by the investment bankers, the yachts owned by the stockbrokers and the yachts owned by the analysts, his question "where are the yachts owned by the investors?" Do your own research!
FMG still going up, those that sold on Citi recommendation lost money, so much for expert advise.
GOOD LUCK
