preacher curl, I built this one myself. You rest your upper arm on it, isolating all muscles, except forearm, biceps and triceps. Interestingly, leg veins are used in the triple bypass, in my case, they used forearm veins, since they basically are better. Anyway, they got me through, so still able to watch FMG and collect them dividend, life is good! I'll take a pic of the curl and publish it on the banter forum!
