I think results will be a little soft. Possibly with a share price fall. And somehow the wider market and even many FMG shareholders won’t understand that a kinda soft result for FMG still represents enormous, reliable profits. Those of us who know the company will buy buy buy any weakness.
we are so used to this company producing absolute bonanza results, that just a normal report with nothing crazy and solid profits is considered weak, even though it’s consistently excellent.
The dividend will clearly be lower than the last one, but still represent a massive yield- again- I predict people who don’t actually understand the company will consider this a bad thing.
