China is the only significant buyer of Australian IO. That's why FMG ends up on life support every time China sneezes.
The reason China are ramping up production in Africa etc is to flood the market and permanently crash the price. The Japanese and Koreans did the same thing on a much smaller scale in the1960s-70s.
