The prices rises and falls every year around this time. it is just a normal stockpiling and de-stocking cycle (plus considerable speculation). It is not due to the threat of conflict.
I don't want people to panic. I want people to stop believing IO prices 2-3x the long term (inflation adjusted) average is a new paradigm. Otherwise they are going to get a very nasty surprise in the near future.
