please check your facts. last year Chinese total steel production was down 2.6% @1.03 billion tonnes. EXPORTATION was 0.67 billion tonnes. which means close to 65% was sold to whom needed. your quote is full of BS. and you know exactly which country has the biggest military force. don't give me the crap.
