If Simandou was operational then certainly there is some sort of effect in immediate pricing but this thing isn't operation so it should affect anything... IMO.
All I can see below is the broker calls on FMG. As freebie can't see in detail of each of this calls but as you say time to time broker upgrade or downgrade their price target.
