Great video that explains why the average Chinese invest so much into real-estate and why there is not much other options available to them. To us, we find it hard to believe that people still invest in these uninhabitable ghost towns. Is it sustainable or is the problem just being kicked further down the road. You can see why they put the brakes on and then counter it with a interest rate cut to kick start it all over again.
