Mate I'm 38 too, we've had it sweet, easy jobs, cheap money, if you're not on 6 figure income you're not trying very hard.
9/11 was a joke compared to WW1,Www, Korea and Vietnam, no war whilst we're in conscription ages.
good jobs, good food, good cars, good healthcare, good government support.... We've had it easy.
the only thing is baby boomers failing to Invest in housing and infrastructure....
But now we've got huge debt which looks like it could cause huge ramifications..tough decade ahead
