DCE opens at 11am AEST, which is 9am local time in Shanghai / Beijing / Dallian
Also watch cross rates between RMB : USD as the RMB will likely fall like a stone vs USD.
Issue for PBOC & CCP is Capital flight. But that's a world issue.
It has largest USD reserves next to US in world. So have some buffer. Plus reduction in RMB would make China even more competitive. So I think the PBOC should side with the little guys ( average people / SME's ) and not international capital & reduce rates, but who knows ?
